Marks & Spencer is hiring a Customer Assistant in Operations to work backstage in our stores. This role is physically demanding, fast-paced and essential to keeping stock flowing and the shop floor ready for customers.
You will handle stock and deliveries, support colleagues across the store, and use digital tools to track deliveries and stock levels. Night shifts run Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 22:00 to 06:00, with an unsocial premium of £3 per hour.
