We're looking for a Supplier Partnerships Project Manager to join our Food Commercial Operations team and play a key role in delivering one of our most important strategic priorities.

Working within the Capacity workstream, you'll help ensure our supplier base is ready to support future growth, evolving customer demand and long-term business success.

This is a highly visible role where you'll bring structure, pace and momentum to key projects, working across Commercial, Supply Chain and Supplier Partnerships teams to turn bold plans into significant outcomes.

We're looking for someone who combines strong project management skills with excellent relationship building, communication and problem-solving capability.

You'll thrive in a fast-moving environment, enjoy bringing people together and feel confident handling multiple priorities whilst keeping focus on what matters most.

What you'll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Supporting the Capacity workstream, translating strategic priorities into clear and actionable plans that support supplier capability and business growth.
  • Driving progress across key projects, helping teams move at pace, make informed decisions and deliver meaningful outcomes.
  • Building strong relationships across Commercial, Supply Chain, Supplier Partnerships and central teams to solve challenges and deliver joined-up solutions.
  • Creating clear, engaging communication that keeps suppliers and partners aligned on priorities, progress and next steps.
  • Bringing structure, visibility and accountability to programme delivery, ensuring actions and decisions are effectively tracked and delivered.

  • Shown project or programme management experience, with the ability to create structure, clarity and momentum in a complex environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, data analysis skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and focus on delivering impact.
  • Excellent communication skills, confidently tailoring messages for a range of audiences including suppliers, commercial teams and senior partners.
  • Strong partner management and relationship-building capability, with the confidence to influence and collaborate across multiple functions.
  • Commercial awareness combined with strong analytical skills, using data and insight to inform decisions, identify trends and support future planning.
