We are seeking a visionary Store Design Manager in our Fashion, Home & Beauty Business Unit to define and deliver the future look and feel of M&S stores. This role will shape our signature architectural style, creating inspiring, customer-centric spaces that reflect our brand while being flexible and cost-effective. You will lead innovation in store design, ensuring our environments are easy to shop and aligned with strategic business goals.

What You Will Do

  • Create a Signature Style: Develop a distinctive architectural identity for M&S, including internal and external aesthetics, materials, and signage.
  • Master Planning: Design and implement store blueprints by format, defining principles for circulation, movement, and internal architecture.
  • Innovate Processes: Establish methodologies and processes to create a cohesive store narrative for future architectural developments.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Develop intuitive, customer-focused navigation schemes to make shopping easier and more enjoyable.
  • Support Growth: Partner with the UK Franchise team to design and launch new store schemes, producing design guides for future rollouts.
