What You’ll Do

  • Develop and deliver architectural macro space and layout plans, aligned with F, H&B blueprints, formats, and business strategy.
  • Use data, insight, and spatial optimisation to maximise commercial opportunities across new and transformation stores.
  • Collaborate with Space Planning, Store Design, BU and Retail teams to create aligned future‑fit store environments.
  • Work closely with Store Design teams to develop strong, future‑proofed architectural macro plans aligned to Store Design principles.
  • Produce high quality visualisations and plans that clearly communicate intent and support stakeholder decision making.
  • Leverage visualisation tools to create high‑quality, engaging plans and compelling schemes that clearly communicate intent and secure alignment and approval from stakeholders at all levels.
  • Manage multiple projects at pace, ensuring delivery to deadlines, budgets, and governance frameworks including Stage Gate processes.
  • Respond to change with pace and agility, making effective decisions while ensuring demand schedules and procurement requirements remain accurate and up to date.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end procurement for loose equipment.
