Our International business has the exciting job of bringing the best of M&S to customers around the world.

Working closely with wholesale partners, internal teams and markets across multiple channels, this role will own the end-to-end wholesale relationship for your area, driving profitable growth while delivering a customer experience that represents the very best of the M&S brand.

What you'll do

  • Your key accountabilities will include
  • Owning and developing the wholesale relationship end to end for your area, acting as the key interface between M&S and wholesale partners.
  • Leading the international omni-channel wholesale strategy and delivering sales, profit and performance KPIs across all selling channels.
  • Driving profitable growth through strong sales planning, range expansion, partner engagement and robust performance management.
  • Embedding M&S wholesale ways of working, brand standards and operational best practice across stores, online and marketplace channels.
  • Using partner insight, customer data and market knowledge to shape tactical and strategic action plans that support long-term growth.
