What you'll do

As the Assistant Merchandiser Advance on Kidswear you will take full ownership for budgeting, promotional and clearance markdown, in-season trading and exit decisions, intake and volume plan.

  • Your skills and experience will include
  • Working to at least Assistant Merchandiser level at a major retailer.
  • Passionate about M&S and the menswear product range – confident initiating trading actions.
  • Technical knowledge of the end-to-end buy to store process.
  • Experience using relevant IT support systems.
  • Strong numerical, analytical and interpretive skills.
  • Ability to initiate and build strong relationships with Design, Buying and Technology.
  • Strong communication and influencing skill.
