Marks & Spencer is seeking a senior technical lead to develop and govern building, mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and equipment specifications across its retail estate. The role drives standards, compliance and continuous improvement to align with brand, cost and sustainability goals.

You will oversee a team of specialist technical managers and act as the central technical interface across Design, Construction, Procurement, Facilities Management and Sustainability, ensuring high-quality.
