Join us as Head of Digital Marketing for Fashion, Home & Beauty, where you'll shape and deliver the end to end digital marketing strategy across all channels. You'll lead CRM, performance marketing, digital brand media, online planning and measurement to drive incremental growth, maximise ROI and scale operating profit. This is a senior leadership role with full commercial ownership, ensuring our investment is data driven, agile and aligned to trading priorities.
To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office at least three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

What you'll do
- Setting and delivering the end to end digital marketing strategy for Fashion, Home & Beauty across all digital channels.
- Leading CRM, performance marketing, brand digital media, online planning and measurement to drive incremental revenue and maximise ROI.
- Owning a significant digital marketing budget and ensuring investment is commercially effective, data driven and responsive to trading priorities.
- Building and leading a high performing, multi‑disciplinary team and agency ecosystem focused on test and learn and continuous improvement.
- Partnering with Data & Technology to shape the digital marketing tech and data roadmap, enabling scalable, privacy safe growth.
Who you are
- Proven leadership of large, multi‑disciplinary digital marketing teams and high value budgets in a complex retail environment.
- Deep expertise across CRM, performance media, brand media, analytics, measurement and digital planning.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving ROI, incrementality and profitable growth.
- Advanced understanding of digital media technologies, attribution, econometrics, audience strategy and optimisation.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leaders across marketing, trading, finance and technology.
