Your key accountabilities will include:
- Lead the creation and delivery of monthly BSC Service Management packs, coordinating inputs from team leads and translating performance data into clear, meaningful insight for business unit partners.
- Analyse BSC performance against internal important metrics, historic trends, and third party benchmarks to find opportunities for improvement and understand root causes of variance.
- Challenge and support business partners to drive accountability for end to end BSC service delivery, ensuring priorities are clearly defined and progress is tracked.
- Manage planning and prioritisation across BSC teams to ensure improvement activity is focused, delivered at pace, and aligned to business needs.
- Lead and develop a small team, balancing short term delivery with longer term process improvements, ensuring change is delivered in line with the M.
