What you\’ll do
Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Working with our implementation partners to ensure the build of PAPM is carried out according to the functional design
  • Providing technical support on queries that arise during the build phase from our external partners and working cross functionally with other teams to determine acceptable solutions
  • Feed into project timelines, identifying dependencies and resource requirements from other teams
  • Assist in developing and implementing the enduring business model and processes that will exist post launch ensuring colleagues have the right skills in the right teams
  • Designing UAT test scripts and performing UAT
  • Developing and delivering training to both the finance reporting & analytics team and the wider finance department
  • Operate PAPM post launch while the model is transitioned to the target operating model

Who you are
Your skills and experience will include:

  • Experience implementing SAP PAPM in a retail context
  • Prior SAP ERP implementation experience in large, complex organisations
  • Familiarity with BW/4, S/4 HANA and SAC
  • A self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and complexity who is able to work independently and also as part of a wider team
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to succinctly condense and explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team building, organisational and motivational skills
