What you'll do:
- Define and evolve architecture strategy, target state and domain roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
- Set direction on multi-year architecture plans and technology blueprints, driving simplification and efficiency.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, security requirements and platform strategies.
- Lead architecture governance and guide decision-making across Product, Engineering and business teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to domain leadership, shaping technology direction and enabling delivery.
Who you are:
- Strong experience in enterprise architecture within large, complex organisations.
- Proven track record delivering technology transformation and modernisation at scale.
- Deep understanding of architecture patterns, integration and modern engineering practices.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into clear, actionable plans.
