Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations. You will be responsible for accepting deliveries, unpacking goods, and ensuring the store is stocked, helping to create a seamless shopping experience.
Key responsibilities include using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock, working closely with colleagues, and being adaptable to store needs. A digital confidence and teamwork are essential.
Note: The Β£3.00 p/h unsocial premium applies only to hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
Purpose: To deliver excellent customer service and promote our products, acting as the voice of the customer and helping us improve continually.
Key accountabilities include serving customers, maintaining store tidiness, meeting sales targets, engaging with customers, building product knowledge, and utilizing digital tools.
Key capabilities required are high customer service standards, attention to detail, responsiveness to feedback, workload management, communication skills, adaptability, relationship-building, and digital capability.
