As a key member of our Finance team, you\’ll be fully embedded in the heart of our commercial operations. You\’ll partner with trading teams to drive revenue and profit targets, deliver strategic insights, and ensure robust financial governance across one of our most dynamic product areas.
To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

What you\’ll do
Your key accountabilities will include
- Partner with trading teams to deliver revenue and profit targets through strategic initiatives, cost analysis, and supplier collaboration.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide insights through weekly trade and monthly performance reviews. Influence pricing, inflation tracking, and supplier negotiations to ensure commercial competitiveness.
- Support Joint Business Plans and supplier performance reviews, identifying risks and opportunities. Deliver commercial analysis and insights to senior stakeholders and support month/quarter-end reporting.
- Advise on space, pricing, and promotional strategies – especially around our \”Home of the Dine In\” proposition.
- Enhance reporting capabilities and finance processes in collaboration with Shared Service and Analytics teams. And governance and compliance across pricing, supplier income, and GSCOP obligations.
Who you are
Your skills and experience will include
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA/CA)
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management accounts
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Proven business partnering experience in Retail or FMCG
- Deep understanding of sales to gross profit
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder communication
