Marks & Spencer in Chester is looking for a Shift Lead to oversee the fill operation and ensure the sales floor is ready to trade. You will coordinate resources to Serve, Sell and Fill and lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager.
This frontline role requires the ability to drive productivity, sustain store presentation and deliver great Customer Service, including opening/closing tasks and supporting nearby stores as needed.
