What you'll do:
- Work with the Change & Adoption Lead to iteratively roll out the Technology Transformation Agile Change Management approach.
- Develop and lead a single view of change across the Tech function, showing the cumulative and collective impact of change.
- Responsible for day to day engagements across all key partners and audience groups within M&S Digital & Tech, sharing our transformation journey, inspiring change and new ways of working, to ensure that the team is engaged, aware, informed and driven to action.
- Tailoring our approach to key audience groups and compose a messaging and channels plan effective for a variety of communication types and colleagues.
- Work with the Change & Adoption Lead to identify, baseline and track Change Management objectives and key results that drive the Tech function.
Who you are:
- Good subject matter authority and previous experience in change communication method and tools.
- Able to demonstrate industry knowledge of external communication trends and guidelines.
- Able to deal with ambiguity and support the business by adapting the communications offer to support times of uncertainty.
- Experience of using a variety of communication methods and techniques.
- Ability to understand complexity at pace and navigate this with confidence and credibility.
