Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the fill operation, coordinating resources to serve, sell, and fill, and lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager.
- Coach colleagues on One Best Way and drive productivity ahead of store opening.
- Allocate resources for a quick payment experience.
- Implement daily operational processes efficiently and on time.
- Coordinate the team to maintain a clean, safe, and well‑presented store.
- Create a great team atmosphere that is inclusive of everyone.
- Role model excellent customer service and M&S behaviours.
- Support Colleague Managers by sharing observations to support high performance and recognise great colleagues.
- Assist nearby stores if operationally required.
- Serve as a key holder and answer call‑outs as required.
- Handle opening and closing tasks: vehicle receipt, temperature control, logging operational issues, cash handling, and TSL compliance.
