Summary
At M&S, we're evolving our Financial Services offering, and we're looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager - Digital to join the transformation.
This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where you'll support the delivery of marketing plans across Credit, Travel Money and Insurance in a digital capacity.
In this role there is plenty of breadth, support, opportunity to try new things and learn, lots of variety and the chance to work on the much-loved M&S brand.
What you'll do
- Support the delivery of marketing plans across the Financial Services portfolio, including Credit, Travel Money and Insurance, helping drive commercial performance and customer engagement.
- Own and manage FS website content, ensuring campaigns, propositions and customer journeys remain accurate, relevant and up to date.
- Coordinate financial promotion approvals across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all marketing activity is compliant and delivered on time.
- Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance, using data and insights to optimise activity and recommend improvements.
- Build strong relationships with agencies and third-party partners, managing priorities effectively while supporting the delivery of marketing objectives.
Who you are
- An experienced digital marketer with a strong understanding of digital channels, campaign delivery and performance optimisation, ideally within Financial Services.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, critical paths and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A confident communicator who builds strong stakeholder relationships and influences effectively to deliver outcomes across teams and partners.
- Commercially minded and analytical, using data, insights and a test-and-learn approach to drive continuous improvement and better results.
- A proactive self-starter with a positive attitude, creative thinking and experience of paid media, analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics) and working within FCA-regulated environments.
Retail experience is a bonus.
