As an Assistant Commercial Manager in the Hospitality & Channels team, you will support the delivery of category sales and profit in line with operating plan budgets. You'll play a critical role in setting up new products and promotions, handling commercial data, and working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution of category plans. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-focused, and confident working across multiple partners in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the set‑up of new products and promotions, ensuring all required data is accurate and submitted on time.
  • Coordinate commercial activities, including trade plans, critical paths and weekly trade meetings.
  • Work closely with Design and Technology teams to ensure pricing and product information is aligned across digital platforms.
  • Support reporting, analysis and data validation to maintain accuracy across all commercial systems.
  • Build strong relationships across category teams and partners to support delivery of category objectives.
