Marks & Spencer is seeking an AI adoption partner for a business unit in London. You will build trusted relationships with BU leadership and operations, drive end-to-end AI adoption, and embed AI into real workflows using Copilot Studio, Agents and automation tools.
You’ll move colleagues from awareness to confident usage while tracking adoption metrics and ensuring governance and fair usage. You’ll coach teams, share success stories, and help shape capability priorities within M&S's governance
