We're searching for a passionate and ideas-driven creative to join our award-winning M&S Food team. You'll bring energy, craftsmanship and agility to shaping concepts that make an impact across major brand moments and everyday executions. This role offers the thrill of dynamic creativity combined with the influence of working inside a brand loved throughout the UK. Responsibilities- Develop and shape creative ideas for campaigns, TV briefs and crafted executions.
- Write headlines, scripts and conceptual routes at pace without compromising quality.
- Collaborate closely with designers, producers and food specialists to bring ideas to life.
- Respond to direct feedback constructively and iterate quickly to refine work.
- Balance big platform thinking with attention to detail on smaller, high-impact pieces.
- Experienced in creative advertising environments with strong conceptual and craft skills.
