- Roofers
- Groundworkers
- General Joiners
- Other skilled trades
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- Proven experience and competence within their trade
- Relevant qualifications and certifications, such as NVQ Level 2 or 3, a valid CSCS card, and any trade-specific accreditations (for example, roofing, plant operation, or working at height)
- Current CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) registration
- Ownership of all necessary hand and power tools
- A full UK driving licence and access to reliable transport, with the ability to travel independently to sites across Bristol and the surrounding areas
- A strong work ethic, professionalism, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
