We are looking for a proactive, process led Traffic Manager with experience working in a fast-paced creative environment. You’ll be an empathetic problem solver with strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working efficiently and autonomously within a multi-discipline production studio.

Working on-site from our London studio, you’ll act as a trusted partner to Producers, Project Managers, and Discipline Leads, taking pride in casting the right talent for each request, not simply filling gaps in a spreadsheet. As a highly networked team player, you’ll understand the nuanced strengths and capabilities of every creative, CGI artist, retoucher, video editor, and animator within the team.

This role also requires close collaboration with teams across Europe, North America & APAC, helping to foster a one-team mentality and enabling work to flow seamlessly across locations for one of our key clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of weekly resource planning processes across a global team.
  • Understand the specific needs of multiple nuanced accounts and plan effectively across all of them.
  • Centralise, forecast, organise, and allocate all resource requests from the production team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of individual skillsets and drive “right project, right talent” workflows to maximise efficiency and quality.
  • Maximise availability and utilisation of the in-house team, including CGI artists, retouchers, finishing artists, photographers, video editors, and animators, through meticulous planning.
  • Build strong working relationships with the production team to enable transparent planning and efficient project delivery.
  • Partner with Producers, Programme Managers, and Project Managers to pencil studio resource requirements as far in advance as possible.
  • Confirm all studio resource bookings with Discipline Leads on a weekly basis.
  • Work closely with the Resource Manager to proactively identify risks before they impact delivery.
  • Hold Producers accountable for ensuring briefs are fit for purpose and delivered on time within a time-sensitive environment.
  • Forecast, source, onboard, and book freelance resources as required to meet fluctuating demand.
Skills & Abilities
  • 4 to 6+ years experience working within a CGI-led studio environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based traffic and resource-management tools such as Flow, Crew Planner, and Workfront.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and Keynote.
  • Proficiency in macOS.
  • Resource reporting, providing accurate, timely, and relevant data to support business and studio leadership decision-making.
  • Resource monitoring, including timesheets, holidays, and absences, using existing Marks platforms.
  • Freelance networking, building and maintaining a strong freelance network and black book.
  • Relationship management, building trusted partnerships with creatives across all disciplines.
  • Ability to prioritise and perform multiple tasks in time-critical situations.
  • Problem solving, prioritising resource conflicts and escalating solutions when required.
  • A strong instinct for identifying bottlenecks, with the ability to strategically plan resources to alleviate them.
  • Ability to navigate time zones and load-balance across global resource teams to ensure continuity of work.
  • A collaborative team player who integrates seamlessly into existing global teams.

You get excited about trying something new and venturing into uncharted waters.

This is an exciting phase of growth for our business. You’ll work alongside some of the industry’s most dedicated talent on global-scale projects for world-renowned brands. We offer a supportive and inclusive culture that values technical excellence, integrity, and speed to market.
