  • Mentor, guide, and support junior project management staff, leading by example and encouraging professional development.
  • Can lead both client and internal meetings, confidently presenting project statuses, plans, and outcomes.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation that can be shared with other internal employees and team when required.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project tracker to monitor and track progress.
  • Oversee changes to the project scope, timeline, and costs (working with the CS team to ensure all costs are captured).
  • Successfully manage and own multiple projects and high-volume deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Ideally you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Graphic Management Services, or a related field.

  • Proficient understanding of brand and packaging design requirements, including print-production basic knowledge, i.e. Flexo, Litho, and Gravure printing processes.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team, showcasing initiative, a passion for learning, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
