We are a collaborative global network of 1,900+ team members across 25+ studios and 20+ countries, partnering with some of the world’s most recognised brands to solve complex business challenges through design, strategy, and craft.
We’re now seeking a Middleweight Strategist to join our London studio (in a hybrid working model, with 2-3 days per week in the office). You’re an inquisitive, enthusiastic junior strategist, looking to make your next move (2+ years’ experience). You’re looking to join a lively, fast-paced environment, being part of a thriving global team with exposure to our impressive global client roster (FMCG focus) and immerse in all aspects of brand building - innovation, creative strategy, comms/activation planning and e-commerce.
You are an information fiend – working with the strategy and CS teams to define the right information to investigate, you can review client documentation to surface key insights, conduct desk research into brands, categories and consumers, carry out social listening and use Marks’ suite of AI tools to uncover the most effective data and help shape early opportunity spaces.
You can support the broader team in co-ordinating workshops, consumer research planning, internal ideation sessions and client meetings - documenting actions, prepping stimulus & inspiration and helping to build decks.
This role represents an outstanding opportunity to join a talented team where you will have the opportunity to work with globally recognised clients – with an anchor in our EU hub, but the opportunity to partner with Marks teams in North America and Asia (on a UK time-zone).
- Creative and analytical thinking, and the ability to flex between the two as required.
- A positive, proactive and can-do attitude (being a self-starter is a must).
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
- A university degree (this doesn’t need to be in a brand/design-related field).
- 2+ years’ experience in a brand/design/communications/research/digital agency.
