Are you looking to develop your skills and gain valuable experience? Look no further! As we have several phenomenal opportunities for a Process Support Operative to join our Operations team on Week 1 Days x 2 permanent roles and 2 x secondment opportunities until end of January’27.

Based at our Castle Donington Distribution Centre—a 900,000 sq. ft. facility featuring a mix of automated and manual operations—you’ll be part of a fast-paced environment that delivers around two million items per week during peak. Supporting both our online and retail operations, Castle Donington is at the heart of our supply chain, and with a £95M investment in automation technology, there’s never been a better time to join us and grow your career.

This positions play a vital role in facilitating our operational strategy by making well-informed decisions and delivering accurate Management Information (MI) reports to our Operations Management Team. Your insights will help drive performance improvement across the site, ensuring we continue to deliver an outstanding service, getting our customers their orders to themefficiently, accurately, and on time!

All four vacancies are in Pack and the start & finish times of the shifts are 6:30am to 18:30pm

NB: You will be required to upload a copy of your CV to your application. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a short on-line video interview as part of the application process. Then selected candidates will then be invited to Face-to-Face practical assessment on site.

What you’ll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Provide the Management Information to managers for performance intervention activity and build great working relationships within your area to ensure communication flow is effective at all levels
  • Ensure stock availability is right first time by investigating and processing offline’s or any deviations from the correct standard
  • Maintain physical and systemic stock accuracy, preventing aged records and dwel and use continuous improvement tools to drive accuracy, address areas of concern and mitigate loss or reoccurrence
  • Act as the point of contact for problem resolution to enable efficient operational flow
  • Ensure resource deployment is accurately recorded

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with relevant key partners on shift
  • The ability to prioritise workload to support the delivery of excellent customer service and performance metrics strong time management, versatility and data capture are all key skills for this role
  • String grasp of operational systems, processes, and incident management matters while remaining composed in difficult situations
  • Able to utilise all available data and Management Information (internal and external) to identify commercial, cost savings and customer opportunities to increase profit
  • Able to consistently deliver under pressure demonstrating high levels of resilience
