In this Shift Lead role, you will help run the store floor during peak hours and key trading moments. You’ll combine hands-on service with leadership to keep the store moving and ready to trade. You’ll lead by example, coordinate tasks, and ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness, and stock availability.
