As Supply and Demand Manager for Ireland, you will lead end to end planning across the region, helping us deliver the right products in the right place at the right time. You will play an important role in driving availability, supporting sales and managing waste, making sure we get the balance right for our customers and our business.
You will lead a team of five and work closely with colleagues across trading, retail, logistics and suppliers to keep plans clear, responsive and joined up. You will use data and insight to guide decisions, respond quickly when priorities shift, and keep performance on track. Alongside day to day planning, you will support new line launches and key events, while looking for ways to simplify and improve how we work.

What you’ll do:
- Drive sales and availability across Irish stores through high quality end to end supply and demand planning
- Manage performance through clear KPIs (key performance indicators), identifying risks and responding quickly to maintain availability
- Optimise stock and system settings to balance availability with sustainable levels of waste
- Support the delivery of new line introductions and events, ensuring strong planning and compliance
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across supply base, retail, trading, logistics and space teams
