You will deliver bespoke, personalised offers for our FS customers by joining up loyalty activity across the FS product set - including Credit, ATMs, Insurance, Savings, Travel Money, and emerging products such as embedded credit - to create a cohesive, compelling and effective loyalty programme. • Own strategic alignment for the migration of credit card loyalty to Salesforce, ensuring customer value, journey impacts and propositional considerations are embedded throughout delivery and transition.
  • Deliver sustainable, insight‑led loyalty economics, leading commercial modelling of rewards, missions and perks to balance long‑term affordability with compelling customer value.
  • Define and support the 2027 loyalty funding and point value strategy, working with Commercial and the Bank to meet financial targets while protecting customer trust and proposition integrity.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to take a broad view of the business and identify the relevant information for decision making.
