You’ll focus on designing premium trousers—from tailored chinos to modern cargo styles—infusing each piece with style, comfort, and impeccable fit. Ideal candidates bring proven experience in men’s trouser design, strong visual communication skills, and technical knowledge of fabrics and construction. Collaboration with pattern makers and production teams is essential.

What you’ll do Your key accountabilities will include Supporting the Design Lead to deliver global product direction for trousers, denim, and shorts through seasonal briefs and OTB opportunities. Collaborate with Technical teams to deliver the agreed fabric and innovation strategy, maintaining product integrity and aesthetic. Attend fit sessions, providing expert recommendations to uphold design standards in partnership with Technologists and Buyers.
Ensure timely delivery of range line sheets and tech packs within the critical path, integrating trend insights and commercial strategy. Collaborate with Designers across MW & Clothing & Home to build cohesive cross-business unit (XBU) looks and lifestyles. Who you are Your skills and experience will include Senior-level expertise in menswear design, with a deep understanding of trousers, denim, and shorts.
Advanced proficiency in creating tech packs and working across multiple sourcing models (Tech Pack/FSV). Expert-level CAD skills: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign. Experience using collaborative software; Miro and a key interest in DPC (Digital product Creation).
