What You Will Do
- Lead your region to deliver strong sales, profitability and full P&L accountability across all stores.
- Achieve key performance metrics across Profit, Customer and Colleague measures by driving operational excellence.
- Ensure consistently high product presentation and visual merchandising standards, delivering all campaigns, events and launches brilliantly.
- Build diverse talent plans, ensuring internal talent is identified and developed alongside external talent.
- Lead and embed transformation programmes, develop change capability, drive Plan A initiatives, and create a high performance, digitally enabled culture.
