  • Leads delivery across strategic and BAU initiatives within Store Operations.
  • Maintains governance, structure and momentum across activity.
  • Connects plans, dependencies and risks across Store Support and wider CSO.
  • Translates complex activity into clear, actionable plans.
  • Keeps a strong store-first lens across decision making and delivery.
  • Responds flexibly to changing store and business priorities.
