We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead Financial Services initiatives within the FH&B Transformation activity. This role will act as the day-to-day FS lead, ensuring seamless coordination across all FH&B workstreams, driving delivery of strategic solutions, and supporting innovation in customer financial journeys.
What you'll do
- Own and lead the FH&B Financial Services workstream as the single point of accountability.
- Work closely with other FH&B workstream leads to ensure plans are aligned and delivery is integrated.
- Manage the full programme lifecycle from discovery and business case development through to governance and delivery.
- Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels including Executive Committee, supporting clear decision making.
- Deliver practical change by overseeing planning, risks and dependencies and working with Digital, Technology and third party teams.
Who you are
- Proven experience managing complex transformation programmes from inception through to delivery, with Financial Services experience desirable.
- Strong programme management capability including governance, delivery frameworks, financial acumen and risk management.
- Able to operate confidently at pace and under ambiguity, anticipating issues, managing escalations and driving practical solutions.
- Skilled in senior stakeholder engagement up to Executive Committee level, with strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Experience working with third party vendors and matrix teams, with desirable exposure to credit initiatives, customer journeys and workshop based delivery.
