Overview
As Product Manager you will lead the end-to-end transformation of our Fashion, Home & Beauty business, shaping product vision and roadmaps to deliver valuable, viable and usable solutions. You will be the voice of the customer, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data, Reporting and Transformation teams to align priorities and drive meaningful outcomes. You will support DevOps adoption and operational readiness while balancing customer, business and technical needs. This role is pivotal to delivering our transformation journey in a large-scale retail environment.

Responsibilities
- Own and shape the product strategy, vision and roadmap for Fashion, Home & Beauty transformation products
- Collaborate with business, product and technical partners to prioritise, manage backlog and deliver measurable value
- Translate customer and business needs into clear product outcomes, OKRs and success measures
- Support DevOps adoption, operational readiness, incident triage and continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Data, Reporting, Transformation and business teams to align cross-product priorities
Key requirements
- Experience in product management with strategy, roadmaps and end-to-launch delivery
- Strong understanding of data quality, reporting, analytics and product health metrics
- Experience in a DevOps environment with 24/7 operational support
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to balance customer, business and technical priorities
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving, able to define OKRs and influence stakeholders
- Experience in clothing retail, large-scale transformation or auditable data environments is beneficial but not essential
