What you’ll do
- Provide proactive, high-quality support to the Kidswear Director, ensuring priorities, deadlines and goals are effectively managed and communicated.
- Manage complex diaries, meetings and appointments, ensuring facilities are in place and briefing materials are prepared and shared in advance.
- Coordinate administrative activity including UK and international travel, purchase orders and expense claims, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Act as a first point of contact, confidently handling queries and managing communications with internal and external business partners.
- Support key meetings and events by preparing agendas, collating and distributing papers, and following up on actions to ensure timely completion.
Who you are
- Highly organised with strong planning skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build effective relationships across a wide range of business partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and comfortable using business systems and new technology.
- Able to work at pace, demonstrate sound judgement, and handle competing priorities and time-sensitive tasks with professionalism.
- Trusted and discreet, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times and acting as a positive ambassador for the business.
