As an Onsite Trading Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the onsite merchandising team to deliver a best-in-class customer journey across web, app and mobile.

What you’ll do

  • Support day-to-day trading activity across your business unit, ensuring the website delivers the best possible customer experience across all devices.
  • Review and maintain site merchandising, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and aligned to commercial priorities.
  • Plan and execute key campaigns and promotional events onsite, supporting trading and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse web analytics, producing weekly and fortnightly insights to improve performance and customer journey.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise customer journeys, product visibility and onsite performance.
