As a Store Manager, you’ll own the full operation, leading with confidence, building high-performing teams, and setting the pace in a fast-changing retail environment.   • Drive digital adoption and omnichannel capability – helping teams sell across all platforms and channels.

  • Strong on planning, performance management and resilience. You can balance the big picture with the detail and always hold the line and set expectations.
