We are seeking a visionary Design & Creative Manager to lead and evolve Jaer's creative direction across all touchpoints. This role sits at the intersection of brand, design, and storytelling—shaping cohesive seasonal narratives while ensuring every expression reflects our heritage, craftsmanship, and modern British identity.

As Design & Creative Manager, you will champion the brand's visual and creative vision, driving consistency and innovation across campaign, content, digital, retail, and product presentation. You will collaborate closely with design, marketing, and commercial teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling creative outcomes.

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Contribute and act as the custodian for the creative direction of Jaeger, under direction from Head of Jaeger.
  • Responsible for leading the product design across all categories including woven, knit and hard and soft accessories, guiding designers across all areas.
  • Drive the styling for Jaeger, working with our in-house and external styling teams to ensure the Jaeger vision is understood and adhered to.
  • Deliver seasonal design presentations, colour palette and original prints with strong branded approach with original references and design attributes. Trend informed but not trend-led.
  • Oversee and create tech packs via PLM delivering an accurate and commercial interpretation of the product design including the BOM, design aesthetic of garment make-up and agreed fabric specifications.

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Expert in the field of design with significant Womenswear design experience within the Retail and/or Manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to work across multiple sourcing models.
  • Multitask orientated with the ability to work to tight deadlines to the critical path.
  • Strong Communication and Influencing skills.
  • Expert level of proficiency in Design related CAD software to include Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design and PLM.
  • Experience of leading and mentoring a team to deliver results ensuring a forward-looking creative approach.
