As an Assistant Merchandiser in our International Trading Team, this role will play a key role in shaping our global product range. Contributing to the planning and trade activities that maximize both retail and reported sales across diverse markets. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyse performance, and support strategies so that we can deliver commercial success worldwide.

This role is perfect for someone who has a good understanding of the critical path and can utilize their numerical and analytical skills to interpret data. You'll also need strong communication, influencing, and organizational skills to build relationships across the wider business, partners, and buying teams. If you can interpret performance metrics and use insights to maximize sales and deliver growth in future seasons, we want to hear from you.

NB This is a full-time role and is based at our Paddington Support Office a minimum of three days a week.

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Accountable for delivering key International KPI's for your product area e.g. sales, order book, profit across all channels.
  • You will support in promoting an International mindset and be a catalyst in your business unit, ensuring it is fully integrated with, and treated as a priority by the global merchandising teams and that the needs of our customers/partners are fulfilled.
  • Share international performance with the UK teams and provide lessons learnt and recommendations to optimise sales in the future seasons.
  • Support the delivery of the selling event for best in class selling, utilising sales trends and data to identify market opportunities that drive growth in the market and align to the key growth ranges and strategic priorities for your area.
  • Re-forecast forward sales and orderbook collaborating with partner and planning teams to identify and challenge areas of opportunity and risk.

  • A good understanding of the critical path and ability to manage timelines effectively.
  • Highly numerical with strong analytical and interpretive skills to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and organizational skills to build strong relationships across teams and partners.
  • Ability to understand performance metrics and use insights to maximize sales and deliver growth.
  • Proficiency in Excel and confidence in fully utilizing appropriate IT systems.
