This exciting role offers the chance to drive growth across both physical stores and online channels, working with data, strategy, and innovation to deliver a competitive and customer‑focused experience. You’ll collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, contribute to product development, and help optimise performance to ensure our gift cards remain a key driver of profitability and customer satisfaction

To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office at least three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

What you will be doing

  • Support strategy execution: Assist in developing and implementing trading strategies to drive growth across stores and online, using consumer and competitor insights.
  • Analyse performance: Track gift card sales, prepare reports, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
  • Manage relationships: Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams (Retail, Online, Marketing) to ensure programme success.
  • Forecast & budget: Contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring targets align with actual performance.
  • Drive product development: Analyse data to find opportunities for new products or improvements and support creation of development briefs.
  • Ensure stock & enable sales: Work with operations to maintain stock availability and support store teams with tools, training, and mentorship.
