Act as the subject matter expert on accuracy and loss, guiding teams on how processes and changes impact performance.

Build strong cross‑functional relationships across Trading, Logistics, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, and Retail Asset Protection.

Use data and insight to identify pain points and trends across stores and depots, working closely with Finance and data analysts.

Shape the future tech roadmap by partnering with data and technology teams to drive improvements in accuracy and loss.

Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of Retail trials, presenting findings and robust business cases to senior stakeholders.

A strong communicator with excellent relationships across the Support Centre, especially with category teams.

Skilled in building partnerships, influencing stakeholders, and articulating complex information clearly in writing and presentations.

A problem-solver with the ability to interpret data, prioritise effectively, and deliver within agreed timeframes.

Experienced in scoping, designing, and delivering trials, initiatives, and business cases.

(Ideally) knowledgeable in E2E Food stock management processes and industry best practices in stock loss and accuracy routines.
