What you’ll do Your key accountabilities will include Support the trading of M&S product ranges across key platforms like Amazon, Zalando, and others. Track stock performance vs. plans and suggest actions (e.g., re-buys, markdowns, promotions) to optimise sell-through.
Improve reporting processes for more accurate, data-driven decision-making Build relationships with Account Managers, Buying, Supply Chain, Digital, and Finance teams to facilitate joint decision-making. Manage the end-to-end critical path from order placement to product launch across international partners. Who you are Your skills and experience will include Proven Merchandising Expertise: with hands-on experience in a leading retail brand, with a strong track record of driving growth and delivering results in fast-paced merchandising environments—particularly within high-performing e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Zalando.
Commercially Driven & Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated with a relentless focus on achieving and exceeding commercial targets. Known for turning insights into actions that enhance profitability and market share. Advanced Analytical & Digital Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite, with strong presentation skills.
Comfortable working with data tools such as WSSI and Power BI to support smart, data-led decision-making Proven experience in an eCommerce role, with knowledge of European marketplaces highly desirable. Global Brand Ambassador: Passionate about representing the M&S brand to international audiences—translating the best of British retail into tailored, impactful offers for diverse global marketplaces.
