Description

What You'll Do

  • Lead the creation, governance, and continuous improvement of store format models, design packages, and developer shell specifications across all store formats.
  • Define and maintain technical standards covering architectural, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and interior specifications to support consistent delivery.
  • Act as the central point of contact for store format standards, ensuring alignment and compliance across internal teams, consultants, and delivery partners.
  • Drive innovation and optimisation by collaborating with Store Design, Engineering, IT, Security, and Commercial teams to integrate new solutions into future formats.
  • Manage format documentation, technical communications, consultant performance, and regulatory compliance to enable right-first-time project execution.

  • A technically credible professional with experience in store design, construction, architecture, or format development.
  • A collaborative stakeholder manager, skilled at building strong relationships across multiple disciplines and influencing technical decision-making.
