Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Lead the creation and delivery of monthly BSC Service Management packs, coordinating inputs from team leads and translating performance data into clear, meaningful insight for business unit partners.
  • Analyse BSC performance against internal important metrics, historic trends, and third-party benchmarks to find opportunities for improvement and understand root causes of variance.
  • Challenge and support business partners to drive accountability for end-to-end BSC service delivery, ensuring priorities are clearly defined and progress is tracked.
  • Manage planning and prioritisation across BSC teams to ensure improvement activity is focused, delivered at pace, and aligned to business needs.
  • Lead and develop a small team, balancing short-term delivery with longer-term process improvements, ensuring change is delivered in line with the M&S control environment.

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW or equivalent) with experience in a professional services or operational finance environment.
  • Strong background in service or performance management, ideally within shared services or client-facing finance functions (P2P, O2C or R2R).
  • Proven ability to turn complex data into clear insight, using benchmarks and trends to influence decision-making and drive improvement.
  • Confident business partner manager, able to challenge constructively and build credibility across a broad range of business partners.
  • Experience leading small teams and managing change, with a focus on efficiency, prioritisation, and return on investment.
