The predicted salary is between 55000 - 65000 £ per year.

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Lead the consistent and successful delivery of business-as-usual finance systems activity, including month-end close and budget and forecast cycles.
  • Own partner engagement throughout the month-end process, working across Finance and Technology to manage achievements, risks and results.
  • Ensure finance systems and processes are set up and operated to provide accurate, complete and timely financial information, including intercompany processes.
  • Partner closely with Group FP&A to plan and deliver smooth budget and forecast submissions, ensuring all downstream data flows are reconciled and reliable.
  • Take ownership of systems and reporting change, leading projects from design through to UAT, release and business adoption, while driving simplification and continuous improvement.

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence and provide clarity across a wide range of business partners.
  • Confidence operating in complex and ambiguous environments, bringing structure, pace and clear direction.
  • Strong experience with finance and data systems, ideally including SAP, BPC and Microsoft Azure–based solutions.
  • Demonstrable project or programme management experience, preferably within a finance or systems-led environment.
  • A collaborative approach with a passion for improving finance reporting, analytics and planning through better processes and smarter use of systems.
