What You Will Do
- Lead the creation, maintenance and continuous enhancement of store format models, including layouts, construction details and design packages.
- Define and manage architectural, mechanical, electrical and interior specifications across all store formats.
- Act as the central point of expertise for store format standards, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
- Support commercial planning by providing accurate format data and design information to inform cost models and business decisions.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement by integrating new concepts, technologies and design solutions into future formats.

- A technical property or construction professional with experience developing and managing design standards and specifications.
- Experienced in store design, retail environments or large-scale construction projects.
