Marks & Spencer is seeking an experienced Shift Lead for evening operations to ensure the store is ready to trade and well-presented.
You will coordinate resources, lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager, and coach colleagues to uphold One Best Way, and empower teams to deliver fast, friendly service.
