As a Commercial Analyst in our Financial Services team, you will support the development of the loyalty agenda for Financial Services across all our products and services, helping to shape the propositions through commercial insights and analysis. Ensuring we reward customers, strengthen brand sentiment, while driving incremental sales.
You will support the development of bespoke, personalised offers for our FS customers by joining up loyalty activity across the FS product set - including Credit, ATMs, Insurance, Savings, Travel Money, and emerging products such as embedded credit - to create a cohesive, compelling and effective loyalty programme.
You will partner with a variety of stakeholders across the business (including key relationships with Commercial, Sparks and the Data / Analytics / AI team).
What you'll do
- Deliver analysis to enhance M&S Financial Services products, propositions, customer journeys and customer communications.
- Provide insight into performance of loyalty offers and undertake deep dive analysis to understand trends, inform changes to propositions and to identify opportunities to grow FS products and M&S sales.
- Analyse and develop a deep understanding of customer behaviours by segment, channel and proposition, translating this knowledge into ways to grow spend, improve customer journeys and increase revenue.
- Deliver analysis that shapes the Financial Services loyalty programme, ensuring we are operating to drive incremental spend and meet customer needs.
- Support the Senior Proposition Manager in designing compelling, personalised customer offers based on insights and analysis of historical offers.
