The predicted salary is between 50000 - 65000 £ per year.

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Capability to review, interpret and negotiate contractual terms and conditions within defined commercial and legal guardrails, ensuring alignment with the M&S Legal Playbook.
  • Build effective working relationships with D&T, Finance and Procurement colleagues to support collaborative decision making.
  • Bring external insights to help shape forward looking Category Plans aligned with the Digital & Technology strategy.
  • Work with Finance to align and embed commercial benefits within the Budget.
  • Manage end to end Source to Contract activity including strategy creation, market testing, evaluation, negotiation and contract award.
  • Oversee the business contracts approvals process ensuring all governance documentation and approvals are completed to a high standard.
