This role plays a key part in delivering impactful paid media campaigns that increase customer engagement, enhance product visibility and drive commercial performance across multiple markets. Working closely with brand marketing, buying, trading teams, marketplace stakeholders and agency partners, you'll coordinate campaign activity, manage creative planning and turn performance insights into growth opportunities. Combining hands-on PPC activation, optimisation and reporting with strong stakeholder and project management, this is an exciting opportunity to shape how customers discover and engage with the M&S brand on some of the world's leading digital marketplace platforms.
We're looking for a commercially minded digital marketer with experience in paid media, PPC and campaign management who can balance creativity with analytical thinking. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident managing multiple stakeholders, and motivated by using data and insight to drive performance across leading marketplace platforms such as Zalando, About You and Amazon. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, using customer, trading and campaign insights to increase product visibility, accelerate growth and strengthen the M&S brand across international markets.
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Deliver and optimise paid media campaigns across Zalando, About You, Amazon and other marketplace channels, managing budgets, bidding, campaign performance and product visibility to support commercial growth.
- Coordinate marketplace marketing campaigns from planning through to execution, ensuring creative assets, messaging and product priorities are aligned to trading objectives and seasonal events.
- Partner with brand marketing, buying, trading, content teams and external agencies to develop market-ready campaigns that maximise customer engagement and commercial performance.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, translating data and insights into actionable recommendations that improve traffic, conversion, ROAS and overall marketplace effectiveness.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and maintain clear campaign governance, ensuring activity is delivered on time, aligned to business priorities and continuously optimised for growth.
Your skills and experience will include:
- Experienced in paid media, PPC, marketplace marketing or retail media, ideally within a fashion, lifestyle, beauty or multi-category retail environment.
- Confident managing and optimising marketplace campaigns across platforms such as Zalando, About You and Amazon, using data and insight to drive performance and growth.
- Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of marketplace trading metrics including traffic, conversion, ROAS, budget management and product performance.
- Skilled at coordinating campaigns across multiple stakeholders, partnering with brand, buying, trading, content, creative and agency teams to deliver impactful marketing activity.
- Highly organised with excellent communication and analytical skills, able to manage competing priorities and translate performance insights into clear recommendations and actions.
