An experienced product manager with a strong track record of shaping and delivering (ideally AI‑enabled) digital products that create measurable commercial and operational impact. Comfortable leading discovery and experimentation in ambiguous problem spaces, particularly where AI (including GenAI, agentic AI and automation) is part of the solution. A proactive self‑starter who spots high‑value opportunities, drives innovation, and is motivated by delivering outcomes rather than outputs. Confident engaging, influencing, and communicating with senior stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into clear business value. Passionate about the evolution of AI and emerging technologies, with sound judgement on where AI genuinely adds value and where it does not.

What you will do:

  • Identify, frame and prioritise high‑impact opportunities where AI can deliver real business value, working closely with leaders across M&S.
  • Lead the discovery, experimentation and delivery of AI products, rapidly testing hypotheses and scaling solutions that improve key business outcomes.
  • Partner with AI engineers, data scientists, designers and delivery teams to shape AI solutions that are valuable, feasible, usable and ready to scale.
  • Own the product lifecycle end to end - from problem definition and prioritisation through to launch, adoption and value realisation — with a strong bias for pace and learning.
  • Work closely with adoption and change teams to ensure AI products are embedded into everyday ways of working, delivering sustained impact beyond pilots.
